Each piece of Precor cardio equipment has a personal LCD viewing screen so that our clients can enjoy a variety of entertainment channels on demand.
The Fit Firm Franchise has a full range of specific resistance equipment for each area of the body. Additionally, we have a full range of Barbells and Dumbells in our Free Weight area. Functional and client defined training is what we aim for!
The Fit Firm Franchise offers a fantastic range of core and balance training equipment including Power Plate, which is a quick and time effective training solution that works! Plus medicine balls, physio balls, yoga blocks and many more accessories to help give you that all round training experience.
Each piece of fitness equipment at The Fit Firm has its own touch-screen display that allows a member to log on. Once logged on, the machine is automatically configured to that member's requirements based on their individual programme set up in their last assessment.

The Fit Firm Franchise has a fully equipped Sauna. Heat is essential for good health, heat stimulates the body’s metabolism and increases the sensation of mental and physical well being. The sauna is open to all members as part of their membership package.
